Sandy Creek Students Spruce up Glenvil Ball Field
Students of Sandy Creek's National Art Honor Society took some time early this summer to paint some murals at the Glenvil Ball Field. The Glenvil City Council proposed the idea to the group last winter. Students then created designs to put on the buildings. The top three designs were submitted to the council and the city chose the one the students were to paint. The design chosen was created by graduated seniors Tim Davis and Micki Stark.
To be a member of the National Art Honor Society students must maintain a 90% average in all art classes, abide by all school policies, and participate in 80% of the NAHS activities.
