· Any upgrades, requests, points/mileage additions must be made upon check in (EF cannot access these individual request, only the airline can).
· All flights are subject to schedule changes – I will let you know if the airlines issue these prior to tour.
· Any flight re-bookings will be issued by the airlines (Not EF).
Be sure that you are able to sign on to your EF account on their website, because any updated flight information will be posted there.
The group plans to meet on Monday, April 3rd, with the time TBD. It is important that students going on this trip AND at least one parent attend this meeting and the final meeting (date TBD at our April 3rd meeting).
