Fall Sports' Seasons are Starting to Wrap Up
Junior High Teams to have last games on Monday, October 16th
The Lawrence/Nelson Junior High Girls' Volleyball Team remains undefeated, after winning the Bruning Davenport Shickley Junior High Tournament for the fourth year in a row on Saturday, October 7th. The girls' last game is scheduled for Monday, October 16th, when they will travel to Kenesaw to play on the same night as the junior high football team and JV football team, who are also ending their seasons on this same night.
The high school football team will play their last home game of the year on this Friday, when they take on Axtell, and their last regular season game is on Thursday, October 19th, when they are on the road against BDS.
The high school volleyball team will play their last home game on Tuesday, October 24th, when they face Palmer at home. Sub-districts for them will begin the week of Monday, October 30th.
