If so, make sure to get them signed up for preschool at either Sandy Creek or Lawrence/Nelson, where both full- and part-time preschool is offered for our students, along with transportation, and a healthy snack and lunch!

- Preschool Round-Up:
- Mon., Mar. 8th at 6 PM in Lawrence for LN students AND at Sandy Creek for SC Students
- Both locations will have round-up on the same night at the same time!
- Preschool Handbook and Application (please note there are two pages at the back of the handbook that require your signature AND note that the school calendar outlined in the back of the handbook) and paperwork related to enrollment:
- Signature Page to be signed by Parent/Guardian
- Parent Permission Form signed by Parent/Guardian
- Head Start Paperwork (required of all students - only need tax return if applying for Head Start services) --> Includes the Written Statement & Application Form --> PLEASE NOTE THIS IS LAST YEAR'S PAPERWORK; STILL WAITING ON THE PAPERWORK FOR 21-22 SCHOOL YEAR!

Don't forget that in order to enroll your child in preschool, we will need the following:
- Copy of your child's original birth certificate
- Copy of immunizations
- Physical/Dental Check-Up within 3 months of school starting
- Proof of income for reduced tuition rates or application for the Head Start program
- All paperwork signed & returned
