Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Lawrence/Nelson Jr. High Quiz Bowl team brought home the championship plaque from the conference quiz bowl competition on Thursday, November 15th, 2018, at Silver Lake. The team is coached by Mr. Decker Brown.
The junior high quiz bowl team captured the TVC title in Roseland today. They were forced into the losers’ bracket early on and had to defeat Franklin twice in the championship. In the final match, victory came after the thirteenth round (first extra round) with the breaking of a 45-45 tie.
