Lawrence/Nelson Preschool & Kindergarten Round-Up
Bring your paperwork on round up night!
Below is the paperwork needed for enrolling in kindergarten:

Kindergarten PHYSICAL FORM and dental exam

Updated immunizations, including required kindergarten shots

Copy of certified birth certificate (many have already turned this in if your child attended LN Preschool)

All other paperwork will be sent home prior to school beginning or on the first day of enrollment. A list of last year's paperwork requirements is linked HERE (elementary is on the last page of document).
