Ordering of Buttons for Fall Sports Seasons
Order Forms AND Money are Due by Friday, August 23rd
Launch the media gallery 1 playerAnyone interested in ordering a button for the fall sports season, must place their order with money, no later than Friday, August 23rd. The cost of the buttons is $5 per button, and student athletes can have these pictures taken individually or with another sibling/teammate. The online form to order buttons is available at:
After completing the form, please have your child(ren) sign up for a time to get their picture(s) taken with Mrs. Epley. Please keep in mind that if one of your child(ren) do not yet have their jersey for their respective sport, the picture will not be taken until the child(ren) have their jersey; however, we would like all order forms BY FRIDAY, AUGUST 23RD.
