To utilize materials under the “Fair Use” section, the following guidelines must be considered:
- Purpose of use (must be educational)
- Nature of copyrighted work (ex. – home use only which does fit under fair use if guidelines are followed)
- Percentage of use of text (must be under 10%)
- Effect on market value (must not take the place of a purchase)
