Sub-District Basketball Information Released for Lawrence/Nelson
D2-6 for the girls and D2-8 for the boys

The girls are ther egular season conference champions, and with one more regular season win over Deshler (Friday, February 21st), the boys are in contention for the same.
The girls are in Sub-District D2-6, which began play on Monday, February 17th, at Grand Island Central Catholic while the boys' sub-districts being held at Sandy Creek High School, beginning on February 25th, when the Raiders will take on Silver Lake.
The girls are in the sub-district finals, after defeating Nebraska Christian, and will take on BDS for the second time this season. The regular season game resulted in LN defeating BDS by six points, and with a win on Thursday, the girls would advance to district finals next Friday.

With the most recent wins for the Lady Raiders, they have broke the record for the most consecutive wins in a season, and the most regular season wins. The team finished first in the TVC Tournament and the boys' finished fifth.
