Honor Band
November 5th, six members of the High School Band represented Sandy Creek at the Doane Fall Festival of Winds. Mason Hinrichs, Rowan Jarosik, and Ben Sullivan were selected for the Honor Band while Sean Heaton, Leiah Mueller, and Kenzie Petr were selected for the Honor Band. Students either audition for a spot in the ensemble or are nominated by their director. They spent about five hours rehearsing music with other talented musicians from across the state before putting on a concert Saturday evening. Way to go, Mason, Rowan, Ben, Sean, Leiah, and Kenzie!
